How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want each homeowner who reaches Moralmrs Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Things You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Moralmrs Heating & Air
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please know that Moralmrs Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@moralmrs.garden and include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also be able to help.
